The Social Proletariat is a left unity publication seeking to encourage organization, education, radicalization and activism amongst left and left-leaning Americans. The Social Proletariat is an anti-capitalist, pro-socialist, anti-racist, feminist, pro-LGBT, pro-Black, pro-minority all inclusive publication. While the editor(s) and author(s) of the Social Proletariat have their own views on socialism/communism/leftism/Marxism/Leninism etc. the Social Proletariat does not seek to actively adjudicate between them at this point in time. The Social Proletariat seeks to unify left voices in an environment that largely disavows pro-socialist thought. Perhaps we will all be so lucky as to live in a future time where major parties can debate which flavor of socialism tastes best, but for now the Social Proletariat is expressly interested in making socialism palatable to the masses.
